Darryl Reuter

Founder of the Reuter Kotler Real Estate Team, Darryl Reuter has nearly two decades of experience working in the Kelowna real estate market. An experienced REALTOR®, he has assisted local buyers in purchasing and selling a wide variety of properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, mobile homes, acreages, and estates.

Throughout his career, Darryl has negotiated tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions while simultaneously forging strong ties with the local community through his philanthropic endeavors. Passionate about giving back, Darryl is actively involved in several community initiatives and causes. A previous recipient of the Central Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board’s REALTOR® Cares Award for his long-term contributions to the local community, Darryl was also a finalist for the City of Kelowna's Fred Macklin Memorial Award.

Dave Kotler

Dave Kotler has over twelve years of experience as a REALTOR® working in Kelowna’s dynamic housing market. A former accountant, Dave discovered his love of real estate upon moving to Kelowna in 2005, which proved to be the impetus for him hanging up his calculator for good. 

Recipient of the Okanagan’s Top REALTOR® Award for three consecutive years (2016, 2017, and 2018), Dave is an inexhaustible advocate for his clients. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market (including its fluctuations), his highly proactive approach makes him an ideal representative in negotiations.

Dave’s singular goal is not only to find his clients the property of their dreams but to do so at a price they can afford and within the least lengthy time frame. Dave represents both buyers and sellers with properties across all asset levels.


Geoff Hall

Geoff Hall is a professional REALTOR® with almost ten years of industry experience. Before working in real estate, Geoff worked in the financial sector – an experience that profoundly shaped his knowledge of market fluctuations as well as sound investment strategies.

Prior to joining the Reuter Kotler Real Estate Team, Geoff worked in Fort McMurray, where he spent almost half a decade serving buyers and sellers. Focused on building dynamic and long-lasting personal relationships, Geoff’s clientele ranges from first-time homebuyers to those looking for luxury estates.

Jamie Holitzki

Kristin Landry

OFFICE MANAGER

Office Manager of the Reuter Kotler Real Estate Team, Kristin Landry came on board in 2014. Prior to working in real estate, she worked as a Dental Hygienist. Kristin was drawn to real estate because of her passion for all things "home" including construction, renovations, interior design and decorating. A dedicated liaison between the agents and their clients, Kristin is an indispensable member of the team. Efficient and highly organized, she takes a pragmatic and personalized approach to each client – making their experience of finding a dream property as productive as enjoyable.
